If shipping damage, a manufacturing defect visible before installation, or an incorrect item is confirmed, NOZLOO will replace or refund it at no cost. Send your order number and clear photos within 14 days.
Eligible non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days when the sink is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in its original packaging, and authorized before shipment. The customer pays insured return freight. No restocking fee applies.
Installed, used, modified, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty on the fireclay sink body for the original purchaser under normal residential use.
Accessories, installation, labor, removal, reinstallation, countertop, cabinetry, plumbing, freight, and project-delay costs are not covered. Full warranty terms apply.
