Fireclay is a natural clay material kiln-fired at 2,200°F. At that temperature, the clay fuses into a dense, non-porous body with a smooth glazed surface. The result is a sink that resists stains, scratches, chips, and thermal shock far more effectively than standard ceramic or porcelain.

The farmhouse (apron front) design means the front face of the sink is exposed, extending past the cabinet. All NOZLOO sinks are reversible, giving you two apron designs in one sink.

Measure the interior width of your sink base cabinet. A 33" sink fits a standard 36" cabinet — the most common size in U.S. kitchens. A 30" sink fits a 33" cabinet. If you're between sizes, go larger — you'll appreciate the extra basin space.

Fireclay is fully vitrified at 2,200°F — well above the typical ceramic firing range — which makes it denser, harder, and more resistant to chipping than standard ceramic. Unlike stainless steel, fireclay won't dent, show water spots, or scratch visibly over time. The glazed surface stays white for years without yellowing.

Workstation models ship with four accessories in the base price: a sapele wood cutting board, a roll-up drying rack with a detachable utensil pocket, a stainless steel bottom grid, and a drain assembly. Note that accessories are not covered under the sink warranty.

Strongly recommended. NOZLOO fireclay sinks weigh approximately 100–115 lbs depending on the model. They require proper cabinet support, precise cutouts, and careful handling. A professional installer ensures a secure fit and protects your countertop investment.

A 33" sink requires a minimum 36" base cabinet. A 30" sink requires a minimum 33" base cabinet. Always measure the internal cabinet width — not the external frame — before ordering. Check the exact specifications on each product page.

Most farmhouse sink installations require some cabinet modification — typically removing the front face of the sink base cabinet and adding internal support bracing. This is standard practice for apron front sinks and any experienced installer will be familiar with the process.

Yes. Every NOZLOO sink has a standard 3.5-inch drain opening, which is compatible with most garbage disposal units. We recommend confirming compatibility with your installer before installation.

Each sink is secured in custom foam inserts inside a reinforced double-wall carton with corner guards. The packaging is designed to absorb impact during transit and protect the glazed surface.

Orders ship within 1 business day of placement. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your region. Shipping times may be extended during major holidays. All orders include free U.S. shipping and full tracking.

Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Inspect your sink as soon as it arrives — before installation. If you find any damage, take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 14 days. We'll arrange a free replacement under our 14-day post-delivery inspection window.

You have 14 days from delivery to inspect and return your sink. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

No. Once a sink has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return. This is why we include a 14-day post-delivery inspection window — so you can check for any issues before your countertop goes on.

Every NOZLOO sink body includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Accessories (cutting board, drying rack, bottom grid, drain) are not covered. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, improper installation, chemical exposure, normal cosmetic wear, or commercial use.
