Made from fireclay and kiln-fired at approximately 2,200°F, the sink has a dense ceramic body with a smooth, glossy white glazed surface. It measures 33″ × 20″ × 10″, weighs approximately 100 lb, and requires a minimum 36-inch base cabinet with dedicated support. The Material

Solid Fireclay Body, Kiln-Fired at 2,200°F

This white fireclay farmhouse sink is formed from a dense clay-based body, finished with a bonded glossy glaze, and kiln-fired at 2,200°F. The finished sink weighs approximately 99 lb, giving it the rigid, substantial structure expected from a full-size fireclay apron-front sink. The non-porous glazed surface is designed for daily washing, food preparation, and cleanup. Fireclay is durable but not indestructible: independent cabinet support is required, and heavy impact, aggressive abrasives, and severe temperature changes should be avoided.

Two apron choices came in handy

Being able to choose either apron side took some pressure off during the remodel. It's a bright white without looking cheap, and so far the finish has wiped clean easily.

FAQs

A reversible apron sink has two finished apron fronts, allowing either side to face outward. This model has one fluted apron and one smooth apron. Your installer chooses the visible side before the sink, cabinetry, and countertop are fitted. Changing the apron after installation requires removing and reinstalling the sink.

Some shoppers describe this model as a double-sided farmhouse sink or two-sided farmhouse sink because it has two finished apron designs. The official product type is a reversible apron farmhouse sink. These terms refer to the apron faces, not the bowl configuration. This model has one spacious single bowl, not a double bowl.

This 33 inch farmhouse sink requires a minimum 36-inch base cabinet with dedicated structural support. Before cabinet or countertop fabrication, have the installer verify the delivered sink dimensions, usable cabinet opening, apron cutout, support frame, countertop reveal, plumbing position, and under-sink clearance. The countertop should not support the sink’s full weight.

Yes. The sink has a standard 3.5-inch drain opening and can be used with many garbage disposals. For disposal installation, use the disposal manufacturer’s compatible flange and mounting hardware instead of the included basket-strainer drain. Confirm flange compatibility, sink thickness, drain alignment, and available under-sink clearance before installation.

This sink is best for homeowners with a minimum 36-inch base cabinet who want one open single bowl and the choice of a fluted or smooth apron front. It suits farmhouse, transitional, and modern kitchens where space for large cookware matters more than separate double-bowl zones or workstation functionality. Choose another model if you need a smaller cabinet fit, an integrated accessory ledge, or separate bowls for washing and rinsing.

The package includes the fireclay sink, a fitted stainless steel bottom grid, and a 3.5-inch basket-strainer drain assembly. It does not include a faucet, garbage disposal, support frame, plumbing connections, cutting boards, drying racks, or other workstation accessories. The fireclay sink body is covered by the NOZLOO Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Two Finished Fronts for Traditional and Modern Kitchens

The fluted apron adds stronger shadow lines and a more traditional farmhouse character, while the smooth apron creates a cleaner look for transitional and modern kitchens. Because the selected side becomes the exposed apron front, decide which apron should face outward before cabinet and countertop fabrication. The single-bowl interior and center-drain layout remain the same whichever side is visible.

An Open Single Bowl for Large Cookware

The nearly 10-inch-deep single bowl provides uninterrupted space without a center divider. It can accommodate large pots and pans, baking sheets, dishes, and other bulky cookware. The open layout is especially useful when washing or rinsing items that can be awkward to position in divided bowl configurations. Choose a double bowl model instead when separate areas for soaking, washing, and rinsing are more important.

Best for Open-Bowl Space, Not Workstation Functionality

This standard farmhouse kitchen sink is designed for homeowners who prioritize a large, uninterrupted bowl over built-in prep features. It is a practical choice for daily washing, oversized cookware, and farmhouse kitchens where a visible apron front is part of the design.

Unlike workstation sinks, this model does not have an integrated ledge for supporting cutting boards, drying racks, or food-prep accessories over the basin. Choose a workstation model when additional preparation or drying space is important, or a double bowl model when separate washing and rinsing zones better match your routine.

Which Cabinet Fits This Sink?

This is a 33" sink, so plan on a 36" base sink cabinet as the minimum. The rule is simple: sink width plus about 3" of working room for mounting and sealing. Inside the cabinet you'll remove any drawers, cut the front stretcher, and add a support frame — the sink body rests on that frame, not on the countertop. At roughly 100–115 lbs before water and dishes, that support is not optional. If you're still deciding between widths, our guide on farmhouse sink cabinet sizing walks through the measurements.
