NOZLOO Limited Lifetime Warranty

Customers must inspect the product promptly upon delivery. The 14-day window applies to shipping damage, manufacturing defects visible before installation, incorrect items, and eligible non-defective returns.

Confirmed shipping damage, visible manufacturing defects, or incorrect items reported within 14 days are replaced or refunded at no cost. Eligible non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days when the sink is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in its original packaging, and authorized before shipment. The customer pays insured return freight; no restocking fee applies.

Inspect the sink before installation. Once installed, return eligibility ends and qualifying defects are handled under the Limited Lifetime Warranty terms below.

This warranty applies to the fireclay sink body only. It covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Covered defects include:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Structural failure of the fireclay body under normal residential use
• Surface or glaze defects originating from the manufacturing process
• Cracking caused by material faults or production defects

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or failures arising from external causes, misuse, or normal wear. Specifically excluded:

• Damage from impact, dropped cookware, or accidents
• Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or third-party labor
• Damage from harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or thermal shock
• Cosmetic wear, glaze tone variation, or normal aging
• Costs of installation, removal, or labor incurred during repair or replacement

If we determine that an issue is caused by an excluded condition, the claim will be declined with a written explanation.

The included accessories — sapele wood cutting board, roll-up drying rack with detachable utensil pocket, stainless steel bottom grid, and drain assembly — are not covered by warranty.

Accessories are bundled at no additional charge to complete the workstation system. Their condition does not affect coverage of the sink body. Replacement accessories may be available for purchase separately.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It does not extend to subsequent owners of the property.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Acceptable documentation includes the original NOZLOO order confirmation, invoice, or receipt showing order number and date.

This warranty applies to residential use within the contiguous United States. Commercial, hospitality, rental, multi-unit, or display use is excluded unless confirmed by NOZLOO in writing before purchase.

Use of the product in any commercial setting voids the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

To file a warranty claim, email info@nozloo.com with the following:

• Your order number and date of purchase
• Photos clearly showing the issue, including overall views and close-ups
• A brief written description of the problem and when it occurred

For damage discovered upon delivery, file your claim within the 14-day post-delivery window. For defects covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty, file as soon as the issue is identified.

NOZLOO reserves the right to determine whether an issue is a covered defect or caused by installation error, misuse, impact, or other excluded conditions.

We may request additional photos, video, or independent third-party inspection before approving a claim. Cooperation with reasonable inspection requests is required for the claim to proceed.

If a valid claim is approved, NOZLOO may, at its sole discretion: repair the product, replace the sink body, or provide partial credit or refund.

Replacement of the exact same model or finish is not guaranteed if the original has been updated or discontinued. In such cases, the closest comparable model or equivalent credit will be offered.

This remedy is the exclusive remedy under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

For approved claims filed within the 14-day post-delivery window, NOZLOO covers return and replacement shipping within the contiguous United States.

For approved claims filed after the 14-day window, NOZLOO covers outbound replacement shipping. The customer may be responsible for return shipping of the defective unit if a return is required.

We acknowledge all warranty inquiries within 2 business days. Most claims reach a resolution decision within 5 to 10 business days after complete documentation is received.

If we need additional information, we will contact you directly. Claims requiring third-party inspection may take longer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOZLOO's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the sink body only. NOZLOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to countertops, cabinetry, flooring, labor costs, or loss of use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which the original purchase was made, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this document limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
