Post-delivery inspection (14 days)
Customers must inspect the product promptly upon delivery. The 14-day window applies to shipping damage, manufacturing defects visible prior to installation, and incorrect or missing items.
If your sink arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If no quality issue, damage, or shipping error is reported within this window, returns are not accepted.
We strongly recommend inspecting the sink before installation. Once installed, claims shift from the 14-day return policy to the Limited Lifetime Warranty terms below.
