Warranty Coverage
NOZLOO warrants that its fireclay sinks are free from qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the terms and exclusions below.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the sink body
- Structural integrity of the stainless steel basin
- Welding and seam quality
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or damage from improper use
- Damage from harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Installation errors or modifications
Important Terms
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for inspection-related issues.
