How NOZLOO ships your sink.

Every NOZLOO fireclay sink ships freight-class to your door. This page covers processing, delivery, inspection, and what to do if anything arrives damaged.

01 — Processing

1–3 business days

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking arrives by email once shipped.

02 — Delivery

2–7 business days

Shipped via freight carrier. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment that fits your schedule.

03 — Inspection

14 days post-delivery

Open and inspect within 14 days of delivery, before countertop install. We replace anything damaged in transit.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders ship via freight carrier due to the size and weight of fireclay sinks. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect your order upon delivery. Check the packaging and product for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately.

You then have a 14-day post-delivery window to inspect the sink itself before countertop installation.

Inspect your order carefully upon delivery and report any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items within 14 days. Once countertop installation begins, the inspection window closes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We arrange a replacement or refund. Photos of the damage or defect may be required to process the claim.

Shipping Delays

While we work to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We're not responsible for carrier-side delays, but we'll help you track your order through.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, or because you're unavailable to receive the shipment, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. Please confirm your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address. Once your order has been delivered and signed for, NOZLOO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
