NOZLOO Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

All orders are shipped via freight carrier due to the size and weight of our fireclay sinks. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

It is essential that you inspect your order upon delivery. Please check the packaging and product for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Photos of the damage or defect may be required to process your claim.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if you are unavailable to receive the shipment, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been delivered and signed for, NOZLOO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
