At NOZLOO, we stand behind the quality of our premium fireclay farmhouse sinks. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our clear and straightforward return process.

Inspection Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect your sink and request a return if needed.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and uninstalled – The sink must not have been installed or used
Original packaging – All original packaging materials must be intact
No visible damage caused by the customer
All accessories and documentation included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-ordered or personalized sinks
Installed products
Items damaged due to improper handling or storage
Products purchased on final sale or clearance

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sink arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
