Every NOZLOO sink is inspected before it ships. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, here's exactly what we do.
Within 14 days
Open and inspect your sink within 14 days of delivery, before any countertop installation begins. This is your inspection window.
Photos required
Send clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We use these to file a freight claim and ship a replacement.
Replace or refund
Damaged or defective sinks are replaced free of charge or refunded. Approved claims are processed within 3–5 business days.
Inspection Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect your sink and report any issues. We strongly recommend opening the box and inspecting the sink before scheduling countertop installation. Once the countertop is installed, the inspection window closes.
What Qualifies for a Return
NOZLOO replaces or refunds sinks that arrive with one of the following issues:
- Visible shipping damage (cracks, chips, broken corners)
- Manufacturing defects (glaze flaws, structural issues)
- Incorrect item shipped (wrong model, wrong size, wrong apron style)
All claims must be submitted within the 14-day window with photo documentation.
What Doesn't Qualify
The following situations are not covered under our return policy:
- Damage caused after the sink leaves your possession or after countertop install
- Damage caused by improper installation, unsupported cabinetry, or commercial use
- Cosmetic preferences (the sink is the correct model and free of defects, but no longer wanted)
- Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
Buyer's remorse and design changes are not covered. Please confirm cabinet size, sink dimensions, and apron style before ordering.
Inspect your sink within 14 days of delivery and before countertop installation. Once installation begins, claims for damage cannot be processed.
How to Submit a Claim
Email info@nozloo.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Brief description of the issue
Our team reviews every claim within 3–5 business days. If approved, we arrange a replacement or refund and handle the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Replacement Process
If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we ship the new sink as soon as the claim is approved. Replacement sinks ship freight-class and arrive within 2–7 business days. You don't need to return the damaged sink unless we specifically request it.
Freight Damage
If your sink arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This documentation makes the freight claim faster. Take photos before opening the box and contact us immediately.
