How do I choose the right farmhouse kitchen sink size?

Measure your base cabinet interior width. A 33" farmhouse kitchen sink fits a 36" cabinet — the most common size. A 30" sink fits a 33" cabinet. If you're not sure, go with the larger size.

How durable is a fireclay sink compared to other materials?

A fireclay sink is fired at much higher temperatures than porcelain or ceramic — 1,200°C vs ~800°C. The result is a denser, harder surface that resists chips, cracks, stains, and thermal shock. It won't dent like stainless steel or rust like cast iron.
